The MC Scow, 16 feet of sailing fun, is one of the most popular and fastest growing one-design boats in the US today. It is a boat for everyone. The MC Scow class features separate sailing divisions ranging from the Youth Division (under 21) to the Old Salt Division (over 75!) Easy to rig, launch, retrieve, the MC Scow is a blast to sail!
Here at Lake Murray Sailing Club, Fleet 89 represents a large and very energetic group of sailors focused on making sure that everyone is having fun. Every Wednesday sees us involved in training, racing, or perhaps a "social" sail for a bit of changup. On alternate Sundays we compete in a year long series. We have lots of local sailing year round!
While the MC is a great boat, the people are the best part. To see just how much fun we have together, come out and visit. You will be glad you did!
